A few high profile disappearances of people of different immigration categories (asylum seeker, permanent residentâŠ.next in the sequence would be naturalised citizen and finally US born citizen) to keep everyone on their toes.
The tariff kerfuffle is frankly a giant distraction (and a grift off the market on the side).
But this fear and control thing is wild. If this was a Netflix show people would say itâs unrealistic.
