It puts Young in a very weird position facing re-election in November. That should be as safe as any GOP seat in the Senate, but if the White House is actively campaigning against Indiana, he is going to have throw a few punches back.

If it was just me I would probably go back to the UK. It gets really tricky as Mrs ROTW is from here, all of her family is here, and our two kids are in college here.
Without taking it on too much of a tangent, there are pros and cons of both places. The cost of health insurance in America is obviously a rather large con.
I might add that Trump is too, with everything that brings.

When we were first married, post Uni and happily living in the UK, we would go to Spain quite a lot for breaks. That’s a place I wouldn’t mind retiring to. Not sure if that will happen… life, and if we end up having grandkids one day it will almost certainly be here in the States. My brother is actively considering buying a place in Spain now.

US Citizens are not required to show ID or to demonstrate proof of citizenship, but it doesnt matter anyway because ICE will detain you if they want to even if you had ID you were trying to use to prove your status…because this is official policy
