No one believes this. This is something he has to say otherwise why vote for him now if heâs going to be gone after 1/3 of his term, and will spend the bulk of that first 2 years pursing a different job. But he is not only 100% running, he is as close as you can get to a consensus favourite in a field this big this early.
Predictions are a mugs game, but it does strike me that a critical of israel Jew, as Ossoff is, is the best lane to be in if youâre going to navigate how difficult that issue is in Democratic politics these days and as far as I know its only him and Pritzker who can do that.

The next time he criticizes Israel will be his first.
I despise him, but Rahm Emanuel will play an interesting role. He cannot win, but he will bring important ideas and positions to the debate that more cautious candidates would otherwise avoid, but will eventually adopt similar positions once Rahm has made room for people to take them.
Itâs incredible. Right across the board all metrics associated with anti-social or RW online conversations has fallen off the cliff. You can measure it in a 100 different ways.

Bill Maher has this long standing thing of condeming Islam per se on the basis of the results of opinion polls coming out of middle eastern countries.
âMuslims in muslim country x say this one bad thing therefore Islam is badâ
Obviously this is astonishingly racist so I dont expect changing realities to alter this perspective, but itâs worthwhile to contrast that with results of pre-election polls from Israel
Will this lead to any reevalaution from anyone? Or are we just so committed to âgood guy is good. therefore this thing good guy is doing must be goodâ narrative?
