A Dutch guy. I know because Ian Darke has mentioned that the Germans hate the dutch as much as they hare the english more times than he’s mentioned any player’s name.

That will never be given, but that is a penalty. In no other situation can you launch yourself at an opponent, be a mile late and then clatter them.
