Euro 2024 - Reiseziel Deutschland

I get that now. I thought you had mistyped something.

I once inadvertently wrote “er konnte nicht einmal aufs Tor scheißen” on a Bundesliga board to much hilarity.

What? Is everyone drunk? Reiseziel is not Schiesseziel.

Over six months to go, and this thread has already gone to shit.

Well COG, it’s about a shit topic, so what can you expect?

I’m trying to say something not in my native language and Google translate doesn’t help with swear words.

I didn’t want to offend but also did want to give the title a German theme.

The list of shame

An excellent chance for Szobo and Robbo to shine. Germany are hopeless at the moment, absolute whipping boys! :joy: As for Switzerland, they have completely forgotten how to win a game and look even more hopeless than Germany, which says a lot at this moment in time!

On current form, you’d certainly back Hungary and Scotland to make it through. Obviously, things can still change until next summer (especially regarding Germany, the proverbial Turniermannschaft playing in front of their own crowd), but it will be an interesting group to watch I think!

They must have hired @RedWhippet for the day.

England should be ok then with the first two being on BBC.

Just checked the betting for this and England are favourites.

Well, they’re not far. I’d say on paper it’s France and then England.

As they should be. Final and SF in last two comps and have the best squad in Europe.

Though I hope pundits get cocky as usual, pile on pressure, and they go out in group stage :+1:

You were saying about the bookies in another post on the forum?

Merely pointing out that we are not the underdogs.

It’s a matter of opinion. The bookies don’t decide.

Now that Kroos is back, Germany will crush everyone, you’ll see.

I’m lost with these German drama queens retiring (early), then coming back from retirement, turning in cyrcles, etc.
