Spain the best team of the tournament, deserved winners.
England frustrate, as usual. Southgate wasted 60 mins of that game with the ponderous, deep lying Harry Kane. There was no outlet.
When he made subs it looked much better, and for a while in the second half it looked like we had a game.
Thereās a slight twinge of regret, as I wonder what England might have achieved with the shackles off, playing with a bit of passion and purpose, and with the right personnel.
But Spain were worthy winners.
Kyle Walker was suspect defensively. Declan Rice had a poor game too, I thought. Bellingham didnāt offer anything either.
Now that itās over it gets a lot more clear. I can safely go back to disliking most of them.
