It has been difficult as there has not been the clear style or plan.
Gareth has made a lot of good calls, but when you compare it to the team in red [Spain] and how they go about attacking this tournament and taking it apart - it is night and day.

Thank f**K for that. The English media hype would have been nauseating, with all that potential Southgate knighthood bollox, bank holiday in England bollox (get back to work ya lazy buggers) and general delusional and unwarranted jingotistic bollox
On the other hand, I enjoyed a lovely lasagna this evening, complete with jacket potatoe, with a lightly-dressed in garlic side salad, consisting of chopped tomatoes, cucumber and red onion. This was all enhanced by a nice little muscato. Marvelous.
