Ex-player Darwin Nunez

Do we have a sell on clause?

Other teams will be kicking themselves as to why they allowed him to get to Saudi.

Excellent goal. But then again, we all know he can do it in the context of an amateur league.

Are you suggesting that Nunez’s problem was the poor quality of our wide players, Salah, Diaz and Gakpo?
Were they responsible for all his missed sitters and offsides?

The quality of the players? No. The quality of service a CF gets in this Liverpool team? Absolutely.
Nunez missed plenty of chances but not many were from the sort of ball he was given yesterday.

He was the wrong player for us. Glad we’ve shipped him out and signed two much better players.

Coaches often get their player selection wrong. Nunez isn’t the first for that.

Darwin is being silly again.

Newcastle is where he should have gone, if they’d had the sense to make an offer, instead of chasing the money in Saudi.
As for Chelsea, no he should not want to go to Chelsea. I can see him being a hero in Newcastle and a patsy in Chelsea.

Newcastle and Chelsea are interested in ex-Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez, with the 26-year-old Uruguayan possibly set to leave Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal . (Daily Star)
