City have a real chance of winning silverware then.

Would like to see an unlikely winner.

Plymouth to knock them out too then?

I’ve got to say, I don’t believe our results affect our draws, so I’m actually rather at peace with yesterday’s loss now. Would rather have gone out to Plymouth Argyle than have to deal with those cheats again.

Man Utd again?

If I’m honest it’s there for Villa if Emery can magic his Europa form over.

Textbook case of not getting invited to a party you didnt want to go to anyway

A Villa v. Newcastle final would be great with neither club having won anything for decades. Both teams would really go at it and I think Newcastle would prevail.

I would prefer Bournemouth vs Villa in the final…
Keep Oil out of Wembley

Fuck off to Newcastle.

Is that a request?

No sorry, my (poorly written) comment was aimed at Eddie Howe’s NewSandcastle. You please stay in Japan (or wherever you are posting from) and keep posting on TAN fine fellow.

Way I see it is this, last season we went to Old Trafford and for whatever reason our form went absolutely off after it.

I can’t see our reserves losing having a similar impact but he is right the performance wasn’t good enough. Especially as the last 25 showed what they could actually do, a half of that and we probably take it to extra time at least.

Slight difference is we are also top of the league

If you’re talking about the FA Cup game, we still won our next two league games after that, one of them against a Brighton team we drew against earlier in the season. I’d say it’s the league game against them that things really fell off, as after that we lost 3-0 to Atalanta and then 1-0 to Palace.

Whatever I agree to disagree
