Atlanta is probably one of the markets that was going to the most dependent on travelling fans (due to not much in the way of large ethnic communities from outside the US), so one of the hardest hit by the effects of the absurd pricing system and difficulty of travel. Locals can decide to come see a game when the ticket price plunges, no one is flying across the Atlantic because the tickets are $150 cheaper than they were a week ago.
In all honesty, it’s the attending fans that should be reimbursed. Watching South Africa is a masochistic experience, let alone paying for it.
