FIFA World Cup 2026 - USA/Canada/Mexico (Part 2)

Played like he did the previous games…bobbins.

we won for losing @Sportbilly1966, we won for losing…not worth it at all. man united sub was more intentional and more dangerous

That explains why they were playing such a culturally Norwegian party song

See, when he was linked with LFC, Cote d’ivoire did fine. PSG approached and ready to complete the contract, Cote d’ivoire out of the WC.
(Grasping at strews here! Haahaa)

I go through to the kitchen and the Beeb have already spent 30 minutes discussing England.

As I said after the Germany game, he just didn’t impress and not what I was expecting, he didn’t get at his full back as we see from Rio, seemed to play too safe and after last season I was fed up with the safe approach.

But that could be down to the coaches philosophy.

Why didn’t you put Emmerdale on then?

Rio is two years younger but is already more exciting than Diomande, for me anyway.

Is that still going? Prefer my dark garage to be honest.

I saw the Norway winner.

Superbly worked goal finished by the ball somehow bouncing off the boot of some big talented pillock that plays for City. Fantastic movement and pass to set up the accidental tap in.

My thoughts exactly.

I missed the match but whenever I see those horned helmets I am always reminded of this:

I hate them, because I am me and deeply resent ahistorical helmets.
An owl helmet looks MUCH cooler and would be appropriate

I think the horned helmets were popularised by Der Ring des Nibelungen. I’m not sure if the Doctor Who thing was having a poke at it (the episode contains lots of deliberate anachronisms for plot reasons) but the space helmet for a cow quip always gives me a chuckle.

I suppose it’s a bit like clan tartans in Scotland, a modern romantic notion of the past.

That’s what I feel on the eye test as well.

he is just not aggressive enough. he has moments but they are just not enough especially at that price.
