I thought he was still playing in Scotland.
Again he could have stayed up and had a shot
He’s at one of those Al-Whatever clubs in Saudi.
I think Scotland should probably pack their bags
Scottish commentator on BBC: “this Scotland team are in danger going out of this World Cup unfortunately “
Also Scottish commentator on BBC: “ they simply cannot stop conceding goals at this level”
I mean…..
It’s weird seeing Ali and that prick Gabriel in the same team.
Nothing unfortunate about it, they’ve been abject in all three games. Even the win over Haiti was awful.
Top players have many qualities and among them one of the most important is maintaining focus and concentration throughout the vast majority of 90 minutes and especially being switched on at critical times. There’s no point blaming the Scottish players who are not at that level for having lapses and concentration. It’s not like they’re actively doing that it just happens under pressure to players who are not quite at the top level.
I’m really annoyed at the Scottish commentators being so absolutely crestfallen and completely disregarding the win against Haiti. It’s a win in a World Cup. That has been very rare for Scotland for a long time. Poo poo Ing this is just churlish .
Moaning so much about the future he is completely disregarding the present.
You’re playing a top South American side with something on the line. Enjoy the moment whatever happens
The legal system is what we have to address crime and punishment.
It cannot be based on whims and feelings, however understandable.
Neymar really doesn’t deserve that adulation.
Morocco finally takes the lead.
Fab is on ![]()
You’re about as quick in responding to that as he was by the time he left us
Scotland aren’t bereft of talent, they just play like they are. They’ve got the Serie A player of the year, a Champions League club captain and most of the others are PL players.
Yet for some reason Steve Clarke showed up here with a mindset of grinding out 0-0 draws and, bizarrely, having their worst players (the CBs) have most of the ball.
Their is more to this squad than they’ve shown at this World Cup, which is a shame.
Probably says as much about Clarke.
Fab doesn’t look like he’s aged at all but he runs at half the speed of what he used to.
Is that during his peak or his last season?
Because he always looked about 35
Morocco scored another one. Haiti stopped playing thinking the ball had gone out. I don’t think it has and it stayed in play.
Good strike for the Haiti’s free kick and wonderful save by Bono.
