That is unfortunately the truth. Against a well organised defence that plays with gusto, you need a bit more creativity and very fast transitions to unbalance them; if they allow it.
And that hasn’t really happened. It’s a boring game because Ghana is playing with wisdom and (and Ju-Ju, of course) dicipline and taking no chances.

But it’s also up to England as the better team to open them up…
