FIFA World Cup 2026 - USA/Canada/Mexico (Part 3)

Hey - the whole world is just going to keep getting hotter. By 2034 we will need multiple hydration breaks each half to protect the players. Especially since most of them will need to play 100 games a year by then.

The ref, and VAR looked to disallow the second Egypt goal. If Mo hand handled the ball in the pre match warm up they would have went back that far.

And Mo had a genuine penalty shout.

If you’re too open minded, your brain will fall out.

Remind me what country are you from again?

Keep looking on the floor, I’m sure you will find yours.

Very interesting indeed.

Simple…Rest is projection…

Anyone else annoyed by the constant crying of the Argentinians? Win or lose you always see them with tears running down. They are the biggest crybabies in world football by a landslide, even among South American sides.

I wish someone would give them a proper battering and something to really cry about.

This is all part of the dance. Everyone must be aboard the bandwagon by the time the penalty shoot-out begins.

Come on now, this is the life of a football supporter club or country. You have to believe, it’s what makes it taste real. The pain and the glory. ‘Realists’ can go fuck themselves.

Shearer is not bigging up England’s chances or being presumptuous. All he is saying is that England can win the World Cup, not will win the World Cup.

He saw something he liked in Mexico that gave him a bit more hope.

England are probably fourth favorites at this point. In with a chance, but not a great chance. And we cannot get ahead of ourselves. The game against Norway is in the balance. They are playing very well indeed, and they have some excellent players, not least Haaland, who has goals in him.

This is the bit that flew under the radar of the Balogun red, even the 1 game ban he was initially given was not consistent with the WC rules - red = 1 game, serious foul play = 1 extra game.

He could have got five games for aggravated assault and would still have played against Belgium
