Bouaddi has been very good for Morocco. Just 18 years old.

Get him in, he’s class.
He hasn’t looked as clean on the ball as he has in the highlight videos but he’s got that great ability to know where he needs to be for the ball to find him. Really impressive the amount of responsibility he’s taken in such a big game for such an inexperienced player

They did but it’s also credit to them to go search and scout out these players, convince them to play for Morocco instead and play at such a high level. They have been on par with Brazil if not better.

Err Kelly I do love you but it doesn’t much matter if Scotland are top of the group if they beat Haiti after one game.

I really believe that european football was the worst thing to happen to brazilian football. Economically its been great for brazilian players as most come from very poor backgrounds and the money from playing in europe is a big blessing. But that european style of playing has become so ingrained in the players. There is no brazilian flair. Until they somehow rediscover that brazilian football identity, they are never winning the cup

That’s why the Brazilian older football generations and press were saying that future Brazilian players must stay in their own country until they are properly “mature” with the Brazilian ways before heading out of the country.

I agree. But now economics forces them to leave brazil younger and it impacts how they develop

What they should do is to pick the European based players in défense and defensive midfield but the rest I will pick from the youngsters on copacabana beach.

The good brazilian sides had a healthy mix of players from brazilian league and european league. Now all the players are european based
