Is this the Dutch way of playing now? Got goals from long shots or set pieces, then slow the game, camp back and let the opponent score. Why do I feel like I have watched this at least 30 times

Draw was the fair result, despite the injuries Japan have…they did exceptionally well.
Big Virg should’ve done better with the goal. He let the little feller get in behind him.
Koeman decided to put in defensive subs to protect the lead. That one hurts.

The Dutch coaches today are more or less all the same - tactically and mentality wise. It feels like they don’t want any stars/leaders in the squad - nothing special.
That’s why I said ‘Slot is just another Dutch coach’ in October.

TSN current analysis:
VdV played everyone onside for Japan’s 1st goal.
VvD got done for the 2nd goal and it’s his responsibility.

The strangest thing is that the Japanese goal scorer outjumped VVD for the equaliser.
In the new rules Japan go top because the Dutch got more yellow cards.

not at all surprising that the first half versus Japan, Netherlands played like a slightly better version of us from last season.
I might be a bit of a weirdo, but I’ll definitely choose Diomande watch over porn most days of the week.
