This ref has missed two fouls both of which would have given England tasty free kicks. Not just the ref. The linesman is on that side, too.

Well I’ve heard it mentioned a fair bit in the PL so I assume it’s the same here.
You could technically stop the game every 5 minutes.
Funny some of the anti-English comments here, and I say this as a French. 
Disgraceful refereeing. Penalty and arguably a foul preceding their goal.

according to Peter Wolton, it is on the line, which is part of the penalty area, so should have been a penalty
