Moore is a lovely footballer. Got a touch of the Crouchs about him. It’s a shame he’d lose footrace to my grandad.
USA are hopeless in the final quarter of the pitch.
It’s why I thought the masturbation in the US studio at half time over their dominance of the game was absurd. Hennesey has been asked to make one sve and that would have been an own goal.
101 minutes
Don’t think they’ve put 1 successful cross in the box.
A draw here is a good result for England. Both of them looked absolutely fucked as well, a host of players cramping up so early in the tournament isn’t a good sign.
This added time is a bit ridiculous.
10 for England match
8 for Netherlands
9 here.
WTF?
Wales will get through now. They’ll dig trenches against England while the U.S. will fancy they can nick it and play open.
We need these officials in the PL especially when we need a winner.
Beating Iran isnt a given, but it does feel like the better schedule for Wales to potentially go into the final match with a qualified England only needing a point.
“In Russia, we tried to be more accurate in compensating for time lost during games and that’s why you saw six, seven or even eight minutes added on,” he says. “Think about it: if you have three goals in a half, you’ll probably lose four or five minutes in total to celebrations and the restart.”
It will be the fourth officials’ job to calculate the time to be added on for time lost during the game, while one of the VAR team members will keep track of time lost to video reviews. Collina says it’s a better system than in the past, when it was up to the referee to decide or, as he puts it, “pretended to decide” because, in fact, it has long been the fourth official’s job: the referee is simply too busy.
Not really. It’s about time they actually added on the correct amount of time for time wasting, something every football fan alive will have moaned about a million times in the past.
Wales were excellent 2nd half. Welsh players for fighting for each other and I think the Welsh fans played a big role in helping their team for a decent result. I think Wales should have won it.
Very entertaining match.
No, absolute crying in the US coverage about how unfair the ref was to them. Its pathetic. They’re talking like they were owed a win. Those players will only feel that performance deserved a win if pretend they were the better team. Wales did a lot more to hurt them in the second half than the US did to Wales in the first
I’m happy with this, saw several American players go down and then get back up, is it genuine who knows but I’d rather they give it than not.
Better than booking a goalie for time wasting and then blowing up once he kicks.
This is entertainment for me, I’m not massively in it for any team though I did fist punch when Wales equalised.
Ive never seen a group of people complain about bookings as much as these guys when the 4 the US got were either really bad fouls or incredibly cynical professional fouls that the players knew he was getting.
Baby steps. We’re back in the tournament. Italy is at home. Lots of booze sold in Tenerife to Wales fans, I would guess.
Thought the US were the better team, thought Wales was very poor but due to a stupid mistake of Tim Ream, the most experienced player on their side, Wales got away with a point.
More disgusting action from gutter:
What a shite hole.
