I’ve never been there but looking at some of the online pics, it’s easy to see why he chose Trabzon - what a beautiful place…

Oddly enough, the Turkish barbers I use is run by an Egyptian (big Mo Salah fan) and the other guys are Syrian. Still a Turkish barber, though.

I think he’s doing it partly for his family, too; I read that his wife is pregnant again. Aside from its picturesque setting, Trabzon is one of the safest cities in Turkey. I really wish him all the best.

Maybe he spoke to Sturridge and he recommended the club
It is a bit underwhelming…he could have carried on doing a job for us. As other’s have said, prob a decision driven by family related decisions.
Maybe Slot was the main reason, maybe the club knew Slot would be off but wanted Mo off the books. Who knows.

61 is Trabzon’s provincial vehicle registration code and a major local identity symbol. Fans treat the 61st minute of matches as a special celebration with fireworks and chants. Salah wore it on arrival as a gesture of respect and belonging to the city and club.

I think we saw last season that he was done at this level. Yes, he could produce the occasional moment of magic, but it wasn’t enough to justify his wages, or his place as a starter. I’m glad we don’t have to watch him continuing to decline, it was painful at times towards the end. The fact that he’s ended up where he has is an indication of his demise.
Without doubt one of the three greatest players I’ve ever seen playing for us, and I’m so grateful to have witnessed his magic, but time marches on. Good luck to him in Turkey, and for the rest of his life.

It is a beautiful place, the whole region is nicknamed ‘little switzerland’ of Türkiye. There are alot of lakes and waterfalls and a famous monestry there.
The cusine is also different from the rest of the country. The people are a big-hearted people and they are sea-fearing people and have a special connection to the sea. They are also very hospitable, loyal people, any guest to their region who is in trouble, they help them. They are also known to be very emotional and hot tempered.
Abit like southern Italians and our Kevin Keegan.
I watched two Turkish dramas set in Trabzon region. I spent more time commenting how beautiful the scenery was than concentrating on the storyline. 
It is on my travel bucket list

Its a great move for Mo.
Even at 50% of his best, he will be a success and a hero there. They will love him.
Last season was difficult for him and many others. I expect MacAllister, Gakpo, Kerkez and more to be considerably better next season. Football at the club will change and we will see individual and team improvements.
Salah would be better at Liverpool as well, but still not at his optimal level. This move makes so much sense for him, and we still have memories of the very best of him.
I miss him already as a player. I’m lucky enough to have seen some of the greats, Dalglish, Souness, Hansen, Gerrard, Suarez…Salah shares that space. Legend.

Well I’ll certainly be eagerly looking out for the results of Trabzonspör, never
I will be watching Trabzonspor matches, for the scenery as well and their famous Hören dancing
Dear Trabzonspor, please look after our Mo Salah for us.
Edit: I wish Mo stayed for one more year at Liverpool. He wasn’t that bad last year.
Only leaders left is Virgil and Alisson.
