Former players and managers - general discussion

Good to see Lambert playing for Dortmund,

The lad who left St Mirren when out of contract,
Struggled to find a new club,
Got a trial at Dortmund, and they liked what they saw

He went onto win the Champs League with them!

Bill Shankly said about Tony Hateley “ He couldn’t trap a bag of cement”.
Tommy Doc replied” Aye but he is good in the air”
Bill replied” Tommy, Douglas Bader was good in the air and he had no legs”.

Kuyt’s interviews. Slot part was only a few minutes. More on seeing the other great former players, being part of the big family. On Mo, there is always a time to say goodbye, but they are not real goodbye, as the players will be back like the legends matches.

I see that the legends played in the fan kit version, not the players’ professional one.

Cheap f*cks.

:joy:

The reason being tighter fit professional version would exaggerate the girth of the legends.
