theyre a plague around my community, kids racing up and down the streets at night with no lights, on the roads, i cant believe parents let thier kids have these things
They are great in theory, but in practice they are either rentals which are ridden wrecklessly at high speeds on footpaths and in pedestrian areas and then left lying around in random piles blocking the way all over the place. Privately owned, they are used by gangs of youths to terrorise the population and to commit actual crimes. This phenomenon may not have reached your area yet, but it’s a real problem where I live. They are bikes with motors and thus, to my befuddled way of thinking, motorbikes, and they should be subject to the same laws, but somehow they fall into a legal grey area and no one seems to know how to legislate for them or to police them. It’s a farce, and a dangerous one.
I warned you not to get me started!

I have an e bike, have to pedal for the assistance, best thing I bought for fitness and I can get far far away from all the other miserable buggers, out in the wop wops, over the hill and far away.
