Right that’s the little Spark amp ordered. Sit tight for that to arrive now. I bet it takes ages.
Bar a few little App hiccups I’ve not heard a bad word about them, and that includes the actual sounds that are possible from it. Only slight downside is that they are quite bassy so dialing that down is a must.
Dialling bass down is a must anyway I was told, especially in small rooms at home, it just muddys the tone. Some lads just cut it altogether, I used to run mine on 2, Mid 5 and Treble 6/7.

yeah pretty much. There’s a whole host of Youtube people endorsing it. Aside from the amp side it’s the jamming apps I’m really looking forward to.
Cant think what the problem with Thomann could be?

2 of these (BJ and Fratellis) I tried to play a few months ago (before I went to tutor) but I was struggling with a C chord at the time so I revisited the songs, recorded them (via phone) and sent them to my guitar tutor who said they were perfect so was buzzing with that response.
My tutor advised to go back to some of the earlier songs that I was struggling with a few months ago as he said some of the songs I have been learning of late have been much more technical/harder so whatever the issue was before that was stopping me doing these songs has probably been “unlocked” and ill find it easier. He was 100% correct.
Im just waiting for my acoustic to arrive that ordered before Xmas - Covid has slowed down production and should be here around mid-Jan.

Doesnt matter these Mexican Strats are well good enough; I know pros who use them on the road so the more expensive collectors pieces dont go missing.
He’d probably take £450; its slightly up in price because its a plus top, bear in mind then, it will be heavier in weight. I think there are better deals out there, I’d be looking to pay around £400 for a Mexican, and would be looking to get one earlier than 2010, when I think a new range came out with a different manufacturing process, which saw the new price jump to near £800.
As above. Seems to be about the going rate which is a bit above what I think you could buy it for.

Tough one. I don’t know what the buddy holly wiring is to be honest. Still feels a tad expensive. The case is great but would only add about £50 to the price in my book. Perhaps a little more.
