yes. Nice part of the world. Quiet, compared to other islands.
try and get a day trip out to Nisyros. It’s a live volcano!!! Also look for a trip or try to get to the hot springs that are on Kos.

As far as staycations go if anybody gets chance to visit west Wales, and the town of Tenby in particular - do it. It’s brilliant. Traditional British seaside town (without some of the chavness that some seaside towns have) 2 brilliant beaches, great fish and chips and beautiful ice cream. Think there are even 2 local breweries in the town. Great bars and lovely restaurants too.
It’s a lovely place to be.

did a short staycation to Skye at the start of July and loved it.
did all the usual, old Man of Storr, the fairy pools, some lighthouse that I walked miles to see,
searched for dinosaurs footprints, and saw a couple of castles!
one of which you might recognise.
cracking place for visit, specially as the weather was great, only negative…
the fucking midges…
