The key part in this for me, and I’ve not seen it written anywhere, is if there is any scope to issue points deduction for breaching FFP rules or not.
In regards to the West Ham/Sheffield case, West Ham really should have been stripped of all points of the games that either Mascherano or Tavez played in that season. Could you imagine the uproar amongst Liverpool fans if City had signed X player outside of either transfer window and played them. We would all be demanding that they get stripped of points which is what should have happened to West Ham
Apparently, there were loads of Liverpool fans left waiting at the kerbside pick-up point for the coach’s they had paid in advance to take them to Paris. The coach’s failed to turn up and the local newspaper is just breaking the news to the upshot of ‘the scam’… Apparently, some EFC fans set up a coach company to pull this scabby trick.
Not sure if there is any truth to this at the moment… but if there is, then surely anyone with still an ounce of sentiment towards any Blueshite fans, must surely relent and see them for the Bitter horrible Ba*stards they are…
