I’ll have a bitter please...It’s the Everton thread

Suppose Thursday to Monday…

Lose to Leicester and Everton drop back into the relegation zone and almost certainly need to win one of their last two and even four points might not save them.

Beat Leicester and that really should be the nail in their coffin and I’ll probably get sacked for rubbing it in the face of my boss at work.

There’s also a good chance West Ham have a Europa final to come at the end of the season. Providing they’re safe you could see them rest players for the Leeds and Leicester games which would send the Blues mental if those teams pick up points and cause Everton to go down.

West Ham are already playing the B team

It’s really fucking sickening how this season is ending.

It’s unlikely we’ll get top 4, it’s unlikely these fucking turds will go down and it’s likely Abu Dhabi will win the CL.

What makes it worse is we’ll help these cunts massively if we beat Leicester tomorrow, which I think we will. On top of us stuffing Leeds a few weeks ago. All in vain for us probably but will aid these in staying up.

Only hope is Leeds taking 4 points from their last 2 and the blueshite losing at Wolves who are on a decent run at home.

As ever it’s the hope that kills you.

Delicious. Wonder how long until they start whining about it being unfair.

Tô be fair we didn’t really aid after all we gave Leeds and Forest points.

I think you need to play the ‘I really want to see Everton down’ line here…

Any hypothetical chance where we beat Leicester and Everton still go down ?

So, what you’re saying is that we’re definitely going to draw tonight?

Oh he’s fully aware I want them gone too. Either would be a cherry on a pretty poor season, both would be wonderful.

100%. Would end our CL hopes and not really do much to save Leicester or pull Everton back into it worse than they are.

Hoping Wolves stop Everton winning next Saturday and that Forest can put one over on a deflated Arsenal in the late kick off. I just want to go into the final day with it being 2 from 3 of Everton, Leicester and Leeds.

Draw would be the worst result tonight.

No; a Liverpool defeat would be the worst result. It always is.

Anyone giving any thought to what our result tonight may or may not mean to Everton seriously needs to rethink their football priorities

If Everton are relegated, that’s two games next season without having to worry about our players being crippled, while also treating the games as “cup finals” before rolling over to our rivals.

Everton being relegated would have an impact on our chances next season.

Still want us to win tonight and Leeds and Leicester to pick up points elsewhere.

If it wasn’t playing on your mind or hadn’t given it a seconds thought you wouldn’t be coming out with stuff like this to justify against it would you?

Pretty sure everyone that follows English football would’ve thought about the prospect Everton being relegated.

If the Blueshite get relegated it becomes a win win double bonus for us… Simply because it means the Red Scum of Manchester won’t get anywhere near the European places next season :+1:

Well that’s if the reports I’ve read are accurate that state T Rex will sign for them to replace DDG if relegation happens :grinning:

Has anyone got any explanation for Pickford yesterday? My only thought is that he has a lot of money tied up in a ‘Spot the Ball’ betting scam.

True that.

Playing on my mind :joy:

Most of the family on my wifes side are blues, it would amuse me to see them go down, nothing more than that.

Well you’ve come out and said a few times why we shouldn’t want to see Everton fall or foresee how that could transpire, so I’m struggling to see what the issue is? :man_shrugging:
