I’ll have a bitter please...It’s the Everton thread

I can’t believe Rafa would go to Everton. I always thought he wanted to come back to Liverpool at some point.

My preference in no particular order would be;

Ian Holloway
Harry Redknapp
Big Sam
Tony Mowbray
Mark Hughes
Big Dunc
Phil Neville
Tony Pulis
Gary Megson
Glen Hoddle
Tim Sherwood
Iain Dowie
Phil Brown

All sit at Evertons level, all provide varying degrees and types of comedy.

The derby is already a brutal game that we’re lucky to get out of with all limbs intact. Advocating Everton go and get someone like Dyche is doubling down on that sort of shithousery that wont make them better but will go some way to risking our season (again). I dont get people who arent hoping for a return of a Martinez type like Howe.

The headlines are a bit oxymoron…who has succeeded before at Everton?

No Lampard?

I hope it’s not Nuno or Eddie. I like both of them. Rafa I would be disappointed if he took it, but I also could begrudge him the chance to return to Merseyside where the family still live.

The rest I couldn’t care less about as none of them are fit to lick dogshit off of Klopp’s shoes

Gollum. He’s a winner without winning.

Fucking hell… I missed this news completely. So, Ancelotti returns to Madrid.

I can’t start to imagine how it must feel to be an Everton supporter right now… I for one am bitterly disappointed to be honest. I liked the idea of two among the best worldwide coaches fighting it out with the two Liverpool clubs. Yes, they are rivals, but I don’t want them to finish in the lower part of the table. I want them to finish right behind us, in front of those Manchester and London fuckers. Liverpool first, Everton second would be my wish.

I’m seriously a bit stunned how Carlo choses to leave so early, after such a disappointing finish of the season, and before he even gets to see the atmosphere with the fans. Anyway, time for them to look towards a project manager, one who can stay a few years and try to get them further.

Reading those Gerrard and Benitez rumours, I had to appreciate the fact that those Bitter lots have at least realised what they NEED. What they WANT or what they GET is entirely different though. :upside_down_face:
