Some still do. Some think that lizard paedophiles rule the world. Personally, I prefer the scientific method. The evidence presented so far leads to the conclusion that there are serious problems with refereeing, but not that the league is decided before a ball is kicked.
Show me some hard evidence and I’m prepared to change my mind.

Thats fair enough until you ask why these serious refereeing issues effect Liverpool more than Man City.
Is it bias, a bias fuelled by what we have spoke about already?
Ask why City have benefitted from micro and macro decisions to assist them winning trophies? Is it a coincidence that they became rich? Of course they illegally stockpiled the best players, but was that enough?
As @cynicaloldgit says, Liverpool are robbed of trophies. The reason the club exists. If there is merit, even tenous merit or rigour in Tompkins stats, then serious questions need to be addressed.
In my view, football is tainted if answers are not sought.
Liverpool compete, push City, win occasional trophies because of brilliance, players and manager.
This golden era should have yielded much more than it has. But we are cheated.

I understand we have a representative on the PL management commmittee. If it is fixed are they in on it? 
or do they hold secret meetings without our representative being invited…I think we should be told.
You really are being facetious with that comment.
I understand that you have constantly countered claims of bias, refereeing inequity etc, but that comment indicates that you haven’t read or are unwilling to contenplate the arguments posited.
You don’t have to agree, thats 100% your right.
But at least don’t reduce this to the TIA level of discussion that just got bitter and entrenched.
The title is…is the PL fixed. Simple question…if it is, why don’t they realise it?
I had a Burnley fan explain to me recently why the PL and refs are doing their best to make sure they get relegated. It’s because Kompany was once captain of City and the authorities hate City. He is a normally a very rational person. You just need to take a look at other forums including Rangers and Celtic and yes even Man City. Paranoia is rife across fan forums…fact.

I do agree with this. Paranoia is a part of every football forum. The feeling of us vs the world types.
It’s often for no reason except in our case where we continuously seem to get screwed over by officials and crooked clubs

Supporters of other clubs can be as paranoid as they like. The sort of nonsense you’re posting is no different to me saying the authorities hate Liverpool FC because Klopp is German. It’s absolute garbage and if you can’t see the difference between that and the totally inexplicable decisions that have cost us points at Chelsea, Brighton, Spurs and Arsenal at home (with the usual suspects present in each case) then there’s no hope for you.

OK, folks, let’s calm down. If there’s one thing this forum has been known for, it’s tolerance. Also, really good looking people and otherworldly sense of humour.
I’ve deleted a bunch of posts, so please keep it civil from now on. Just to make it clear, the only disagreement in opinion that will get people banned from here or at least verbally abused is if anyone says that Bolt Thrower isn’t the biggest band of all time. Thank you!
