Anyone know if he’s actually any good at the defensive side of things?
Seems to be very attacking for someone who’d broadly play as part of a back four 99% of the time and hopefully still have Salah ahead of him on that side of the pitch.

Think the discussion (not that what we say here has any relevance to what will happen) should go a bit deeper than “Frimpong and Kerkez are both relatively young, fast and energetic - get them in”. I’m also interested if this is still reliable enough? Or is it a quick medicine to get over the Trent reports?

I’m confident the report that we’ve initiated talks is reliable, of course a long way to go from there to actually signing the player.
