Jurgen doing the England job was ruled out long ago 
If he’s taking any national coaching/managing job, his homeland is the most likely consideration.

I don’t think he will return to coaching. Not at any top level club at any rate.
He might see the MLS as options.
If we see him as a manager again it will probably be the German national team.
I really couldn’t see him at a club in that role. He could however come in somewhere else.
