I just glanced up at the TV and saw Jurgen on screen. I’m in Indiana and it wasn’t a sports channel that was on. Commercial break. And there is Jurgen, doing an ad for Trivago. I knew he had done lots of ads in Germany, but apparently he’s here now too.

Without being someone who believes in the “jinx” thing, he says he doesn’t want to jinx it, yet he speaks publicly about what his plan is, without us winning it yet.

If we win the league this year, we should have a secondary presentation at Anfield and secondary bus in the parade, these should be for Jürgen, his staff and any of the players who were apart of our last league winning side, and have moved on, but didn’t get to enjoy it due to Covid.

I don’t think anything should be done inside the ground but I was talking about this the other day with a few fellow Reds and we all agreed there should be another bus for any of the people involved last time, including Jurgen obviously. Not having that chance to celebrate a title after 30 years was fucking devastating for a lot of people and robbed us all of a fantastic couple of days and every effort should be made to include those involved.
Also, the amount of piss it would boil would be off the scale.

Unless there are retrospective titles awarded (because the cheats get fucked off), I don’t think Klopp should get on the bus.
Klopp’s more than welcome to join the after party and get totally sloshed with Slot later. Think Slot’s more of a wine drinker though.
Still sad that Klopp couldn’t celebrate his title with the people but that’s life. It isn’t fair.

Pretty clear he wants to be amongst supporters to celebrate and also because he doesn’t want to take the spotlight.

Slot is gracious and he won’t mind Jurgen getting on the bus.
Jurgen is self-aware and humble, and he won’t want to get on the bus.
It will be as it should be. Assuming the title is won.
Slot and the team will be in the spotlight. Jurgen will be a step removed. He will enjoy it with the people, and will probably extend his congratulations personally to Slot and the team in his own exuberant way, but later on, after they have had their moment.
