Should be Indykaila, as judging by what he says he must have the best contacts within the sport and be the most knowledgeable.
At the very least, it would mean the club stops him from posting on social media, so a net gain either way.

You can also easily tell by the number of followers: the fake one has only 1,422, whereas the real one has 560,247. Yet, there are always people who fall for it.

Like at least he was spending lots of money on players who have talent. Comolli spent it on Downing and Adam.
Don’t think he is any good and we need a new approach but I expect most his signings will deliver. His fuckups mounted mind after Guehi.
Evidently he didn’t have the desire to put his foot down with Slot. The club moved seemingly away from the idea of youth development even when the injuries piled up. Probably too tied to Slot project ironically I don’t think he had much in the way of getting rid of him.

All in all, I’m quite glad to see the back of him, but I still wish him all the best in the Arabic desert.

Certain sections of the fan base have been crying out for years that we need to spend more money and be in for the biggest names going.
He did that, had us amongst the top net spenders in two of his three seasons and broke our transfer record twice with a third coming close.
He bought players from under the noses of rivals. Bought the best players available in some of the positions of need and some of the more exciting young players in the game.
And yet still most people aren’t happy. It’s almost as if it’s not how much we spend, who manages the spend or who the money is spent on. Fans are just never going to be completely happy with a windows business. It’ll always be not enough, the wrong players, someone still here we don’t think should be.
I actually think he’s brought in some really good, exciting players. Leoni, Jacquet, Kerkez, Barcola, Wirtz, Isak, Ekitike and Munoz could all be key players for the next five years, some even longer than that. Who knows what might come from some of the young lads he secured too.
Obviously it’s not been flawless but in a role where a 50% success rate is considered above average I think in time he’ll probably hit that with those first team signings.
We all think we’re experts but it’s a much harder job than anyone cares to acknowledge. We also have no idea what he’s been balancing in terms of demands from above him, from the managers and the data team behind the scenes.
End of the day suits should be there primarily to give the manager what he needs, maximise the value we get for the players we no longer need and to have one eye on the future. You couldn’t call his tenure a wholehearted success but there’s definitely some good things he should be commended for.

I was perfectly happy with his predecessors. But since he came in, we went from having a perfectly balanced squad, towards reshuffling it completely, with erratic sales, insufficient player contract renewals, and as we speak, having plenty of holes in it as a consequence.
Yeah, he spent big, but no SD will ever get credit from me for doing that.

The squad wasnt perfectly balanced before he came in though, and it was ageing. Plus the lack of contract renewals were largely an issue stemming from before he came in.

You think having sold Diaz he had to get someone like Wirtz at that price? And having bought Ekitike he also hd to go for Isak? At that price?’as @Mascot pointed out, only about 50% of hundred million plus players work out. That’s an awful gamble to take with that capital tied into the player.

Disagree. A squad can be balanced but aging at the same time. Hughes completely messed up the balance of the squad. We are very short in certain positions (both in terms of numbers and quality) and overloaded others. That is literally the definition of imbalanced

In terms of balances and imbalances, on balance, the tenure was a negative one. It’s ok to seek to limit the criticism of Hughes, but it stands firm, if he had performed better in this post, we wouldn’t have all been in conjecture since November, and crucially our team would now be in better shape. My filing of this will be under a kid in a candy shop type of vibe.
