Not Rio’s best game offensively but loved some of his defensive work rate

Really like the kid

I’ll be fuming if we sell him I repeat again can we stop trying to get rid of our best players, Iraola is giving a clean slate to our ringers from last season.
£70M for Jacket good piece of business from us.

They´ve started to get on top in midfield. We´re not really getting on the ball.

Nico Paz coming on. Their star player. Don´t know why he didn´t start

Two really good players coming in for Como

The highly rated youngster Nico Paz coming on for Como

Is it just me, or does there appear to be a lot more rail seating in the Anfield Road end.

We lost the intensity. This team still can’t play more than 60 minutes of high-energy football.

I think he was in the world cup squad, so probably just back in training.

Especially when it was £10m less than that with all the additional ons included.

That´s it. If you can´t out-energy another team you have to rely on your quality. We´ve struggled a bit this half.

At least it was 60 minutes this time—last time it was only 30, according to Iraola. It’ll come together.

Always amazes me how quick Frimpong is every time he shows it.

Time to grit your teeth and push through, even if it hurts.

I was just thinking about this, in light of what Iraola said after the Monaco game. They’re getting there, but meanwhile it’s probably to be expected that the structure gets more ragged.
