Liverpool FC - Pre-season (Part 2)

All of it, for me. He needs to up his game in a few ways.

Beating players, slipping through clever passes to make chances, and smacking it in the goal often enough.

Shit start sell them all

Dom has been pants the whole game tbh

Lazy challenge Szob you had got back 2 more steps and you win it, silly push

No. 6: I don’t think they have any problem winning the ball back, it’s more the lack of awareness and good positioning which can improve with more time playing together. We didn’t do badly in that first Slot season with the same midfielders.

i really feel we need a dm to be able to play iraola ball well

We look good for the preseason; at least you can see the plan, and that’s already a huge step forward.

Lovely play great lay off from Wirtz

Nice layoff and Isak did well to keep the moving after Gakpo“s sloppy pass.

Not quite come together yet on the counter.

A quick break? Been a while since I’ve seen one of those going in the right direction

Iraola will have to get it right when to exert and when not.

Araujo physically pushing Szobo to get out of the box and away from that silly position he took up next to the CBs. Love that. No English needed.

He’s not a fan of the aftershave - more of an Old Spice man

I think too many people are fixated on the idea of a sitter in the #6 role. But there are different ways to define the position.

For me it’s more a tactical issue than a personnel issue.

Besides we have Macca

More of the same. I thought him and Munoz were the standout players in that game.
