He was brilliant as a winger he went past the RB several times in tandem with Kerkez.
How come Iraola didnāt mention Ramsay, when he was talking about the RB position/options?
Bad man management again?

No, because we like him

Ramsay is the kind of player who gets better in peopleās imagination. Heās rarely fit and when he is he canāt convince anyone to play him. Klopp and Slot both said no, Iraola only turned to him towards the end of a game against what was essentially Sunderlandās U21 team.
He is not without talent but I think athletically heās just not close. His body failed him at the wrong age unfortunately.
And crucially heās a third choice right back, if that, who takes one of your non-homegrown spots and doesnāt really look to have the ability to kick on and challenge for a starting spot when others are fit.
Another for whom untimely injuries have stunted his development at just the wrong time.
strange thing about Ramsay and his injury recordā¦
according to transmark
Ramsay has had 4 injuries in his career at Aberdeen and Liverpool,
1 of those injuries is listed a knee injury which kept him for the best part of a year, and only he recovered from this injury 6 months before Klopp quit
in total Ramsay has missed 68 games through injury/sickness
meanwhile Bradley has had 9 injuries and missed 83 games
i hope their bodies can 1 day be up to rigours of the top level football
as it would be a shame to see their talents go to waste
So maybe we look to appoint Dr Frankenstein to the medical team and hope there are enough bits still working between the two of them to make a functional right back
Iām not sure Ramsay is going to make it here as he missed too much football at a formative stage, and now (if I have this right) he would hold one of the foreign spots in the squad, and probably is not worth it to us at that point.
Bradley is further along and has shown his worth more, so we are right to persevere with him and see if he can overcome the injuries and solve our right back position long term.
In the meantime it feels like it will be Frimpong, or maybe an academy promotion, or more likely, a new signing. And if we donāt sign a dedicated right back, then at least sign a central defender who can also play at right back, while the question marks around the position for the longer term are resolved.

Still no Ali
Felt uncomfortable hearing that awkward exchange between the greetings from the social media person responding to Gakpo asking āgood summer?ā, as itās known that Cody lost his unborn child.
Itās politeness but needs a bit more thoughts sometimes (from the social media person).
āWhen we play games with three or four teams he calls it āconsequencesā and the losing team and the team that finishes second has to run. How much you have to run depends on what he decides in that moment, but there is always runningā¦ā
