Liverpool FC - Pre-season

Good in the end, although of course it’s not all physical and it’s not all about minutes.

Played even less than I expected overall.

Main thing is that there are no new injuries (so far) and we can start our preparation.

Yeah, these international tournaments haven’t taken too much toll on us it seems. Hopefully the players can stay fit and build up during pre-season, fingers crossed!

I for one am so happy that pre-season begins. The photos above give me the goosebumps already. The new season is on the horizon, yeahhh! :hugs: :+1:t2:

Could be a lot worse, from the guys who played most Robertson will start his 4th week vacation this Wednesday, Jota starts his 3rd today and Shaqiri is in his second.

For me the highlights are

Shaqiri putting himself nicely in the window :star_struck:
Wilson not getting enough minutes :grimacing:

Otherwise, no injuries and not even overworked, just wow.

Not sure this has been posted already:

The worst is that I had indeed read it, three days ago… talk about having the memory of a gold-fish… :pensive:

I’m in my late 30s and have already checked the LFC website about 3 times today waiting for the first pre-season footage/pics to appear so I can cast my eyes over our boys with a warm heart. Bit embarrassing really isn’t it…

Where did you get that list from, any information on whether they’re going to be televised? Would be interesting to see if we keep Grujic long enough to see him play against Hertha…

The Mainz and Berlin games are full games, right? Spectators allowed?

What does LFC TV GO include?

Wondering if it might be worth signing up for it, but would need to be convinced that it is worth £50 for the year

It must be worth under £1 per week.

Worth it for pre-season, then you’ll get lured into thinking it’s worth keeping for the youth team coverage before realising in about November that they’ve cancelled all but 1 U23 and 2 U18 broadcasts and you’re paying for nothing. I’d just do the monthly payment and cancel in September.

Think of it as contributing 0.000002% of Mbappé’s wages.
