Scoreline doesnt really matter. I was hoping to see more from AOC especially. Taki scored a worldie but didnt really do much else.
The players gained valuable minutes in match conditions and no-one got injured.
I learnt that we are 1 step closer to being ready for the first match on 14th August

Tsimikas had a blinder. Fabinho played well on return. Gomez looked good and Konate comfortable. Gordon, Clarkson and even Woodburn did well off the bench.
Pretty good run out in my book.

Looked like a mishit shot from video angle. Nice goal though, and probably would have flown over the bar if he hit it cleanly. In contrast Origi hits the ball well but hits the post.

Must say I am slowly getting hyped for the new season to start but not really interested in the friendlies. Hope no injuries until the start of the season and that we can at least sell the players we want to sell.
