I spotted a barrage ballon, about 40s in, just before the camera panned across the skyline over the river.

A film here from 2001about Liverpool gangsters. Remarkable in that local criminals were used as actors and the film was unscripted , each scene was improvised and ad-libbed by the actors themselves.
As real as it gets.
