It must be difficult being a fringe player. Different people deal with it differently and of course it is a different set of circumstances for each player…
In my line of work, I navigated it by becoming apathetic, at first, and then deciding to move on - which is the best thing I did.
The challenge for Liverpool is to get the balance right. There is a product that is delivering but it has a shelf life… how do you get the balance right between delivery and consistency in delivery? Who do you phase out/phase in, move on to renew the product?

Most, if not of all of them contributed to getting us this far. It must be disappointing not to play in the final, but they should celebrate because we might not be there without them.
