Some rumours that Elijah Dixon-Bonner will sign for Blackburn Rovers. Heā€™s being released this summer.

Iā€™d expect Tom Clayton, Paul Glatzel, Adam Lewis, Ben Woodburn, Sheyi Ojo and Luis Longstaff to leave this summer also.

Lovely to see that Tom Hill played today in a friendly against Tottenham U18s. He scored the first in a comeback win, having trailed 2-0.

Poor lad was one of our best U18s players in 2019/2020 and has since suffered from knee, shin and back injuries ruling him out for basically two years.

Do you think heā€™s going to have a similar trajectory to Glatzel? I remember the latter was quite highly rated but suffered a few injuriesā€¦

His development has been possibly even more hindered than Glatzelā€™s was.

Probably for the next 12 months itā€™s just about getting him to enjoy playing and feeling comfortable, then we can look at what level he is going to end up playing at.

Wow, on the sideline recovering for almost 2 years.

Academy top scorers this season:

ā€¢ Oakley Cannonier - 34

ā€¢ Bobby Clark - 13

ā€¢ Jack Bearne - 11

ā€¢ Harvey Blair - 11

ā€¢ Mateusz Musialowski - 10.

Any of those potential candidates for next seasonā€™s early Carabao rounds? Difficult to callā€¦ Suddenly a player is there and ready to take his chance, like Morton this season.

Conor Bradley starts for Northern Ireland vs Kostas. Tmikisas Greece. Conor at RWB and Kostas at LB so plenty of battles between them going on

Conor just smashed into Kostas whoā€™s down hurt. All okay though now lol

Fabian Mrozek has signed a new contract with Liverpool FC.

I wonder whst changes were made to his contract in the hour between the two announcements? :nerd_face:

With Ramsay coming in Iā€™m interested in the plan for Conor Bradley. Heā€™s been consistently pushed above his age group for youth level and now enters his third season playing U23 football (potentially U21 football if the changes come through) - which my research points towards being a bit of a dead season. After two years at U21/23 level you really need to be playing senior football, either for Liverpool or elsewhere, if you want to make it at the top end of the game.

Could be quite fun to see him swap with Ramsay and head up to Aberdeen for the year.

That would be ideal. Probably suit all parties.

Everyone happy

Ben Woodburn, Sheyi Ojo (2 million quid signing at 14), Luis Longstaff, and Sean Wilson all to be released today.

Ojo I think had a year left, maybe they found an agreement so he can finally move on permanently.

This article mentions the Mirror says itā€™s up 2022. Must have been right.

Second source saying 2022. I did think it was 2023 but that was due to me trying to sell him on Football Manager as he was on 50k a week here until 2023 lol
