What parade? Their guilt was never in question; the sanctions were/are, and these are still undecided.
They should forfeit every single thing theyâve won and be relegated, but thatâs not going to happen.

Two things jump out here.
Re. Respect of the processâŚwhen UEFA charged them they delayed submitting information such that the time bar on pressing charges passed. They do not respect any process.
If their argument against being found guilty is that the independent findings are not independentâŚi suspect their appeal will fail.

Relegation to the bottom of the pyramid, enforced points deductions for the next decade and stripping them of titles should be the bare minimum punishment, otherwise the cheating was worth it from their owners perspective.

Stripping them of titles and participation in Europe PLUS massive fines must be the sanctions considered here. Money alone means nothing to City.
Because this PL case falls under contract law it means they cannot appeal to CAS which is a relief because it is so heavily political and open to abuse. You can expect them to appeal to the PL Appeals Board though and also, I fancy, to the commercial division of the English High Court. They have a very slim chance to win there and would have to prove bias in the decision but it would help drag it out even longer.
The Appeals Board of the PL mandates that an appeal must be finished by May 2027 but City will probably petition to extend that due to the complexity of the case. That must be denied though because basically all they can challenge here is the decision. Any appeal is NOT a re-hearing of the evidence, only the way the decsion was made.
They are screwed really and the cliffhanger is just how seriously the PL intends to deal with them in order to make a statement to all clubs on their financial conduct. Can;t wait!!!

Now all options are open. Superb. Relegation, fines, future points deductions and title reversals will be what is required.
That will of course open the floodgates to claims from Manure Chavs Arse and of course the great LFC.

It is being reported and has been since the charges first dropped that CAS is not an option, so who else can they go too?
We could be looking at an open air bus parade to celebrate titles 21, 22 and 23. 'Ave some of that Yernited!!!
