Except that Leicesters financial issues are EFL related, not P/L so if the Cheats got enough of a points reduction to put them below Leicester, then Leicesters financial problems go away for another season

Dutch Pep gets a bad rap from a lot of our fans and he’s clearly excellent at what he does when he sticks to working with players. But this does not feel like a productive personality fit given how neurotic they both are. I dont think coaches necessarily need different personalities to the manager, but two neurotic overthinkers together sounds like a recipe for exhaustion/confusion for everyone.

He failed as a head coach twice now I think. City probably offered him more money than than in all his previous jobs. So surely a no brainer.

I cant begrudge him taking the job. He’s got to work, and we made it clear to him it would not be here once Jurgen left. Now he’s being offered a high profile position and it would be made to turn it down because he once worked for us. I am just a bit skeptical they will be a good match for each other.
