Whatever happened to these lot getting punished for breaking a hundred odd rules?
Itâs not easy getting all the interested partyâs, including the British and Abu Dhabi governments (not that City are state owned in any way of course) in a room at the same time to thrash out an agreement on their punishment that ultimately looks like a punishment but doesnât actually punish them to any degree of proportionality for the crimes theyâve committed for the past 15 years.
