Manchester City* - 130 charges (and counting...)

Ohhhh so now we believe what this guys tweets…

Nobody does, just thought it was funny

That will be years before Pep leaves the club. Man City will definitely appeal the decision regardless of the severity.

I wouldn’t have thought it would be a problem but am not familiar with their rules and regs (I’m not even a lawyer!). If they are refusing to co-operate and the authorities have strong reason to believe rules have been broken then I would think it can take what ever action it believes is appropriate. It would then be for City to appeal (should appeals be allowed).

Yeah , non-co-operation is basically an admission of guilt.

It has really put pressure on them progressing/winning the CL for this season… I mean who can take them seriously anymore
Every fan and and their dog will be jumping on the ‘Cheating Bastards’ bandwagon now…

I love it when people state as fact that which they have no knowledge of.

It is just normal human behaviour. A 2 year ban from CL and a 30 million euros fine from UEFA got them Mansour’s men so worked up that they went to the CAS to appeal and ended up with only a 10 million euros fine.

This time, this is bigger than the original punishment they got from UEFA. They face immediate expulsion from all the PL and possibly a huge points deduction and a real hefty fine. It will make sense that they will exhaust all forms of recourse until they have to accept the punishment.

Unless you work for City in their top level management, you have no idea what they’ll ACTUALLY do.

Talking to a friend who has a senior position at Leeds said the other clubs they have spoken to are all of the same thought pattern if found guiltily they need properly hanging. If all clubs have this same way of thinking its going to be hard to give any soft punishment if found guilty.

I wondered about this. Is Jordan saying they’re guilty until they prove their innocence? Fascinating if true, especially when you consider the non cooperation charges.

The insinuation is really more a case of everyone knows they’re guilty. It’s obvious. Bank on it.

As much as i want them to get what they’re due on this, i think we all know it’s going to be a fine and a telling off.

All this relegation, titles stripped talk is bollocks i think

Shame it’s Indykalia really.

I have more inside knowledge.

I dunno I think there is more, if they are found guilty of a large number of these charges then the clubs will force hands.

Notice Newcastle didn’t go out and bomb the waters unlike City when they had to buy someone to make a statement.

Sadly means Newcastle will remain untainted by this for longer but still.
