I wonder if this action is limited to PL clubs, or whether those teams that were relegated during those years, and are still in the lower leagues, can also take the same action? They would be the clubs to benefit most from lost income.

Heās only happy if a club has a built-in cheat engine installed. Heās not interested in managing it otherwise. Look at the clubs heās overseen. All had top quality squads upon his takeover. All had massive transfer budgets for him to spend at the getgo. Basically he hates to have to work hard at his job.

Hard to know what this means. Does he know something? If so, what does he know?
If he knows nothing, it is very strange to see him sign an extension, as a lot of trouble could be hitting them soon, hopefully even relegation.
If he does know something, either they are getting away with it - surely impossible - or perhaps more likely, the punishment wonāt be enough to relegate them, so one more season to bounce back and win the league, after beating the rap, will see him riding off into the sunset as a hero?
I donāt like it. Hopefully my concerns are unfounded and they will be relegated.
