I’ll put him down to youthful enthusiasm but he probably knew that he’d be joining Liverpool this year from the last 10 odd months.
His social media reflects that. not sure whether we would appreciate the same behaviour when/if he’s looking for another move

It’s unprofessional.
His little confusing signals if he’s coming here or not.
But especially, doing a podcast with his dad, both speaking so openly.
If you at least respect Hughes so much after two transfers with him, then act in a professional way also.
The rest what was said and in which way only makes it worse.
Hopefully the player is a success for us and that’s all that matters.
Hope I’ll hear from them as least as possible.
And yeah, now it’s the top level so… be careful and learn.
