Mo, Virg and Trent contract discussion thread

To his right hand side. Ibou is better now than Virgil was at the same age.

Pity about the injuries…

I agree about the injuries to Ibou I am surprised he lasted that long this season

To be fair, this was no ordinary injury, picked up in normal circumstances. That prick Endrick was way out of order.

Same for me. I went with Mo, because you have to score goals to win games, and he scores and creates a LOT of goals. That said, I could be persuaded to pick Virg for a rum and coke and a slim Panatella.

For me, all along it has been Virg and the reasoning is that when afcon has occurred and we have been without out Mo we have still produced the goods and one season that was with Ox and Shaq? filling in and last year we had a very good Christmas & January period. Whereas when Virg hasn’t played we have looked vulnerable.

Even without Mo we still score so keeping clean sheets is the best way for us to win games

I’d take any reports with a pinch of salt especially ones that have more detail than a 1200 page history of the battle of the Somme.

If only we could persuade him to re-sign so easily…

He’s nowhere near as cheap as @PeachesEnRegalia

Ok, so we’ve made our offers. Now what?

Peaches isn’t cheap.

He does have some standards. Atleast I hope so.

@SBYM , please don’t prove me wrong.

Are we talking about the same person?

I definitely saw some hope. But I could be wrong.

You also had hope for Eze. I fear this will be similarly dashed.

It doesn’t make it irrelevant, though. Arne’s been saying the same thing in progressively weary tones in every press conference.

Wrong.

He’s meaner than a Tassie devil that was kicked in the balls by a wallaroo.

You are being rather unfair to the Tasmanian devil.

This one was cute. Peaches isn’t.
