Nathaniel PHILLIPS: 2021/22 (on loan at Bournemouth)

In previous versions, I never trusted someone already retired.

But found once players in the game started to retire they were more realiable once you get several years into a save.

However, the Lorry that hit him is an absolute write off.

If the damn Lorry hadn’t bent round his head and smacked him in the cheek he’d have sustained no damage at all from the headed clearance! Its these damn modern vehicles designed to crumple on impact!

What bad luck, I could imagine him coming on as a late sub every now and then in this upcoming fixture congestion…

A January bidding war between West ham and Newcastle with Nat fetching 40 million :grinning:

Ibou’s reaction. :joy:

I couldn’t agree more. Just my opinion of course but I’ve always thought Konsa very underrated.

I also consider Marc Guehi an excellent centre back with a bright future for England.

I assume the fracture happened with that collision on Tuesday?

Could be Zlaten has a knuckle duster weaved in that top/mop of his…
Not sure much else would fracture Nat’s cheekbone.!

Are you Brendan Rodgers?

I’m more the continental Pullis.

Got 3 +190cm lumps as my back 3, and a 196cm TF with FB’s and Wingers pinging cross after cross at him and kicking shit out of anyone that dares to touch the ball

No envelopes then?

Lower than I’d expect…

Maybe it was agreement with the player upon signing his new deal. It was rumoured to be around the price we wanted last summer I think.

I might get pelters but I prefer Phillips to konate.

No no no…not Nat Reliable…

£15m is a decent price for us. He did well last year but I really do think some parts of our fan base are wildly overrating him if they think we could realistically fleece somebody for £25m+. The reality is this a CB who dominates aerially but is pretty slow and not the most accomplished with the ball.

That feels remarkably cheap to me.

I can sympathise with his position and I understand him wanting to move but man it doesn’t feel right.
