Nathaniel PHILLIPS: 2021/22 (on loan at Bournemouth)

Bournemouth interested in signing Phillips on a permanent deal but only offer 8 million.

Not bad really. See if there’s other interested parties, but 10m is probably about right.

Take it and run. Not that I don’t like the player but he’s not going to make it here and that move is one he’ll probably be open to making. Faff around hoping to get another few quid or someone else comes in and we’ll end up having to loan him out again right at the end of the window.

He’s earned the right to get the move if he wants it so why quibble over a couple of quid. Get that money banked and start building the war chest for Tchouameni.

I think between Nat, Neco and Ox we should be getting at least 40m.

Likely we will probably sell Minimino also considering what some of the usual talking heads around the club media have said.

The thing is the bid is on the table I’d counter with 10m and a deal is probably done.

Not sure about that - if Nat’s only 8m then you must be expecting close to 30m for Neco as Ox isn’t going to fetch much.

Liverpool have told Bournemouth they want around £15million for Nat Phillips - and are expecting more interest in the defender when the transfer window opens this summer. #awlive [liverpool echo]

£15m is a steal when Slabhead went for £85m.

Now, who else could Edwards sucker…

Maguire was never 85m though, only to absolute numpties who felt he was in the same bracket as VVD

Maguire’s real value is closer to Ā£8.5m. It’d take someone absolutely bonkers to even pay that for him.

Look very similar.

There are absolutely no similarities between Nat and Joel in any footballing sense what so ever. The former is a hard nut nutcase limited defender the other is a classy muther fucker who can dribble right up to the opposition box and makes amazing recoveries.
8 million and one should be gone the other can stay as long as he can run (which isn’t often (well wasn’t until this year when we got the correct cotton wool in).

I can see why you’d loan if there were no offers at a suitable price but that statements just odd.

There were rumours Bournemouth had offered 8 million which is a good fee from a championship outfit. Makes me wonder what the club are playing at?

If McGuire cost 80m surely Nats a bargain for 15m.

I think we need to stop the ā€˜Harry Maguire cost 80m so…’ We can’t keep judging every deal against insanity.

They are PL now

You are 100% correct. Besides if Coutinho is worth 135 million, the Ox is easily a 100 million player and Nat has be worth 50

If we can’t mock Utd and their players it’s not good. :grinning::grinning::grinning:
