Yeah, I think it’s really annoying now, but you can easily get around it and just use GIFs from other sources.

Had it on and off for the last few days
I suspect it was an admin who was singing karaoke badly and pressed some wrong buttons. Words like Tenor and Invalid Key might give us some clues.
