We all know Andoni Iraola is coming but we still have no idea which other staff is coming too? I suppose we will need a new head of fitness, a few new assistant coaches, a new set-piece specialist and possibly a sports psychologist?
The support staff is also as important as Iraola coming in…

So, there’s just one little thing… have you guys noticed that he always wears black? I find that takes some getting used to—but hey, if that’s his only quirk…

Absolutely. Especially when you consider his career already: he’s been involved in high level football for over 20 years - longer than Klopp or Rafa at the time they took over.
He’s had 7 full seasons at Mirandés, Rayo Vallecano Bournemouth. He’s reached the semi finals of the Spanish Cup - a significant achievement for both clubs - and overachieved with Bournemouth. Before that he also played at a high level for a long time captaining Bilbao and representing Spain at their peak and has worked under, alongside or adjacent to many important figures in football. If anything its probably the ideal mix of things - really the only downside is that - were he to be very successful - you could easily see him moving to Real in 5 years.

I tend to wear black to be honest, it’s slimming to an affect. Anyhow he seems to be 10 months older than me so that’s all ok.
